Refund & Replacement Policy

What we cover

We offer a full refund or free replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The product stops working within 30 days of delivery
• The wrong item was delivered
• The package was lost in transit and never arrived
• You are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of delivery

Refund option

If you would like a full refund, we will return the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approving your request.

You do not need to return the product in most cases. We may ask for a photo of the issue to process your request faster.

Replacement option

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a brand new unit to you at no cost. Replacements are shipped within 2–3 business days of approval and typically arrive within 7–14 days depending on your location.

You do not need to return the original product to receive a replacement.

How to request a refund or replacement

Simply contact us by email with the following information:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the product if it is damaged or defective

We will respond within 24–48 hours and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care
• Change of mind after 30 days

Shipping costs

We cover all shipping costs for replacements. For refunds, you are not required to ship the product back — we handle everything on our end.
